Why Akashalabdhi

We are building at the intersection of aerospace structures, materials, pressure systems, thermal protection, power deployment and mission operations. The work is demanding because each decision must survive both physical constraints and programme realities. For people who want ownership, technical depth and a direct connection between their work and the mission, that challenge is the opportunity.

Who thrives here

We value people who can combine ambition with engineering discipline. Strong candidates are curious, accountable and comfortable working through uncertainty without hiding it. They communicate clearly, ask for evidence and care about the quality of the final system, not only their individual task.
  • You can break an open-ended problem into assumptions, tests and decisions.
  • You document your work so another person can review, reproduce and improve it.
  • You are willing to work close to hardware and learn from results that challenge the model.
  • You raise safety, quality and schedule risks early and help resolve them constructively.
  • You respect confidentiality and understand the responsibilities associated with dual-use technology.
